We are a trusted full-service hard drive company. Our goal is to properly remove your data from all types of digital media insuring that data is destroyed and not coming back. We also pride ourselves in keeping the environment clean from waste in landfills. As an added benefit , we recycle computers and most electronic equipment. Data Destruction is now a one stop option for protecting personal information as well as handling your e-recycling needs.
We want to insure individuals and businesses that the e-waste they are recycling is being properly handled. When your old electronics are decommissioned or no longer used, you have a company that will properly recycle the materials back into the world and not a landfill. Data Destruction takes great pride in breaking down and separating all materials into a single source (IE: plastics, metals etc.) so they can be properly recycled and re-used.
It is estimated that over 50 million tons of E-waste are produced each year. That number includes over 30 million computers that are disposed of each year adding up to over 3 million tons of e-waste in the United States alone. The EPA estimates on average, only 10-20% of this e-waste is properly recycled with the remaining majority of those electronics going directly into landfills and incinerators. It is expected that the amount of e-waste currently being produced could rise as much as 500 percent over the next decade.
Data Destruction is committed to making it as easy as possible for individuals and businesses to properly recycle all electronicwaste and help keep our environment safe for generations to come.

Benefits of recycling
Recycling down to raw materials from end-of-life electronics is the most effective solution to the growing e-waste problem. Most electronic devices contain a variety of materials, including metals, plastics and other materials that can be recovered for future uses. By dismantling and providing reuse possibilities, intact natural resources are conserved and air and water pollution caused by hazardous disposal is avoided. Additionally, recycling reduces the amount of greenhouse gas emissions caused by the manufacturing of new products. It simply makes good sense and is efficient to recycle and to do our part to keep the environment green.
You are welcome to drop off and dispose of the electronics during our normal business hours.
