Yes, we offer onsite shredding with a minimum charge that includes up to 10 banker’s boxes (12×16″). As long as we can fit you into our schedule, when we are in your neighborhood, there is no additional trip fee.
Yes, paper clips, staples, and small (<2″) binder clips are fine to leave in your material.
Yes, metal hanging folders, and their contents, are fine to shred as they are.
No, your material does not need to be in any specific container. Our technician will collect it in our bin, which will be used to deposit it into our shredder truck. Our unit of measurement is a standard 12×16″ banker’s box, which our bins hold seven of. We use this bin as a measuring tool to gauge how many banker’s boxes your job has.
No, your material does not need to be on the ground floor, however, if we need to navigate more than a couple of stairs to secure and shred your paper a small fee per box will be applied.
Yes, we can recycle boxes for a small fee per box.
No, but we can accept still accept it. Please let us know if a lot of plastic will be included in your material as a disposal fee may be applied to your invoice. We cannot dispose of your waste material the same as paper only and this requires extra consideration.
No, these items will need to be separated from your paper. If you wish to leave it mixed in we can destroy foreign material but will charge a disposal fee. Certificates of Destruction for specific media are available upon request.
Yes, we accept already-shredded paper for a small fee. Our security protocols stipulate that it must still be shredded by our machines to standards.
